民進黨主席蔡英文（圖）出席《第10屆新世紀WTO國際經貿法菁英訓練團》始業致詞，分享自己過去從事外交談判事務的經驗，並指出過去台灣以經濟為主的談判模式需要重新思考，也勉勵參與學員，過去很多外交談判人員後來都當了經濟部長。
