產業能源問題 柯文哲：當總統才能解決

台北市長柯文哲今天出席民間能源會議時說，核能議題關乎產業、能源、節能3層面政策，但他身為台北市長只能從節能政策下手，其他政策「可能要等我當總統，才能解決」。

柯文哲說，如果台灣不蓋核四，就不會再出現六輕那樣高耗能、高污染的產業，但是台灣還可以發展什麼產業，是值得思考的問題。

柯文哲另點出替代能源問題，認為政府投入水力、風力等替代能源的心力不足，才會把全民推向核四。

與會民眾問到，核四投入將近新台幣3000億元，相當於部分縣市10幾年的預算，「如果你是總統，你敢說廢就廢嗎？」

柯文哲說，防災中心主任曾向他簡報台北發生各項災害時，應如何處理，其中只有一項無解，就是山腳斷層發生地震，若影響到核一、核二「台灣就滅國了」，就算花了3000億元，也得「認賠殺出」。
