對方向我索賠車禍代步費，我該給他多少?

對方沒收據的話基本上不用理他

但如果有收據

而車禍肇事責任主因又都是你的話...

這情況又不同了

是你造成對方必須要額外花這筆費用，當然是你要出

樓上有人說只需要負責修好對方的車就好...?

你撞傷對方，對方無法開車只能搭計程車去醫院複診

你不用出錢?真的是不懂裝懂

當然這裡面牽涉一個很重要的因素

"肇責的比例"，今天誰肇責低，甚至零，誰講話就大聲

真的談不攏就申請調解吧

其實走法院你也不一定會賠的比較多

多花那些時間倒是真的
