談節能 柯文哲擬推田園城市

台北市長柯文哲今天出席民間能源會議時表示，將推廣綠建築、智慧電網、透水性鋪面，並且在廣設公園滯洪池，將台北市打造成「田園城市」。

柯文哲指出，台電經常說如果不蓋核四，民眾將可能無電可用，但事實上許多電都是被浪費掉了，像是他每天出門前，都要先走到外牆把燈關掉，可見每天在還沒關燈這段期間，浪費了多少電。

此外，柯文哲也表示，台北市因建築多「就像一塊水泥」，每到夏天的溫度比周圍地區高上4.5度，因此會花費更多能源在降溫，若能把耗電量降下來，將能減少能源消耗。

因此，柯文哲表示，未來將從節能政策下手，透過推廣綠建築、智慧電網等方式，將台北市打造成「田園城市」。
