美12月成屋銷售反彈 房市平緩復甦

美國12月份成屋銷售反彈，但首購族出手仍然不多，顯示目前房市只會維持平緩復甦。

全美房地產經紀人協會（NAR）今天表示，成屋銷售上月成長2.4%，達到年化總數504萬棟，略低於經濟學家預估的506萬棟。

摩根大通銀行紐約分行經濟師威斯曼（Ted Wieseman）說：「在邁入2015年的現在，抵押貸款條件依然嚴格以及去年房屋銷售未能持續復甦所顯露出的首購族財力更困窘，仍是令人憂心的嚴重問題。」

首購族在美國去年12月及全年房市交易中，都占29%，遠不及拉動房市成長所需。
