第一: 與其去抓RC建物的壽命，不如去看建物本身是否下雨天漏水 當建物未曾修補前如果就有漏水情形，那鋼筋多多少少都有鏽蝕到 當鋼筋鏽蝕嚴重時，會產生些微的膨脹，撐開混凝土 造成與混凝土握裹力的不足，自然結構強度會有所下降 第二: 修繕和結構補強不同，結構補強是由於早期規範的不足 造成現今需藉由植筋、設置剪力牆...等，來增加建物的耐震能力 所以，老舊建築當時的設計可能就存在耐震能力不足的問題 而費用多寡這就要請技師看過請人估價了 (有興趣的可以去霧峰的地震園區，921之後由於國中小校舍毀壞的很多 而且發覺部份耐震能力不足，政府無法全數重建，有的在評估過後 ，就採取補強的方式繼續使用) 第三: SRC、SS建物一般是較為怕火是確定的，但構件外圍一般還會包覆所謂的防火披覆或 混凝土，所以除非火場溫度很高，不然要垮還不太容易 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.168.206.144 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1421681303.A.326.html
