標題[請問] 棄養

我朋友有養一隻貓 因為他喜歡咬人，次數不是很頻繁 有時候是主動摸牠他心情不好才會咬 力道時大時小 自從他畢業搬回家之後，家人對這隻貓時好時壞 另外因為他哥因為常常修理這隻貓 導致現在這隻貓看到他都會兇他 昨天他哥回家(平常住外面)因為貓在兇他 他阿公要把貓放到房間裡，被咬了一口 一氣之下叫他哥把貓丟掉 他哥就順這個勢，把貓帶到離家很遠的地方丟掉了 到現在貓還是找不到 想請問如果要追究，他哥需不需要付任何的法律責任? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.248.72.3 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1421663550.A.DF9.html
