朱立倫就任 藍委連署撤王金平訴訟

國民黨與立法院長王金平持續就黨籍存在問題纏訟，外界認為朱立倫就任黨主席後，將迅速撤銷訴訟，以利黨內團結。與王與朱都友好的國民黨立委盧嘉辰表示，已取得近20名藍委連署支持，呼籲朱立倫盡速撤銷訴訟，才能專注改革。

馬英九總統前年主導國民黨撤銷王金平黨籍後，王對國民黨提出確認黨籍存在之訴，法院一、二審都判決王勝訴，但國民黨仍持續提出上訴。不過，馬為九合一敗選辭去黨主席後，黨內認為不應再與王爭訟，因此撤訟呼聲漸高。

朱立倫日前對此也以「家和萬事興」回應，希望黨內團結和諧。朱立倫也說，王金平是國家重要資產。因此外界解讀，朱在就任黨主席後，應會撤銷與王金平的訴訟。

王金平表示，主席朱立倫上任後怎麼處理黨籍案，他都尊重，順其自然就好，他沒有任何意見，對於盧嘉辰提案一事，他也不知情。
