林口傳雞屍棄置 動保處急清理

新北市動保處表示，今天上午接獲通報，在瑞樹坑溪清理出12隻腐爛雞屍，未來將加強稽查並處罰，以避免禽流感防疫破功。

新北市政府動物保護防疫處長陳淵泉表示，禽流感疫情已延燒至全國9個縣市，動保處已派員巡查30場雞場、1場鵝場、1場鴨場及19家鳥店加強疫情調查，目前無疫情發生。

他表示，今天上午約11時接有民眾發現林口瑞樹坑溪有遭棄置禽鳥屍體，動保處立即派獸醫師穿著防護衣至現場處理。

他表示，共撿拾有12隻死雞，初步目視檢查無禽流感特徵性病理症狀，但由於雞屍已水腫腐敗發臭，因此將屍體送環保局焚化，請民眾不必恐慌。

他表示，呼籲民眾飼養家禽若發生異常死亡現象，請通知動保處化驗採樣，千萬不可任意棄置，而造成防疫漏洞，未來將加強稽查，若查獲違規棄置動物屍體，可依廢棄物清理法開罰，如果因此發生疫情，可依動物傳染病防治條例處新台幣5萬元至100萬罰鍰。
