是有沒有怎麼跨張啊! 2016年2月已經被訂滿

大阪的ホテルマイステイズ大手前飯店有中文官網
所以直接用中文問了一個問題
問題是：2016年2月份的7連泊以上住宿方案何時開放訂房?
今天收飯店的回信：很遺憾，我們在此期間房間已經被訂滿。請您參考我們周邊大阪的其他飯店。

是有沒有怎麼跨張啊，我是因為看其它方案都已經可以訂到明年11月，但7連泊以上方案卻一直停留在明年4月，怕訂不到7連泊以上住宿方案，才怎麼早寫信去問，卻得到這個答案
請問會不會是語言上的誤會，用日本人的解釋，會不會是尚未開放訂房呢
如果沒誤會，我會很傷心，因為7連泊真得很便宜說
