請問套房的對外窗要如何做隔音

目前住的套房，明明有很多對室外的窗戶了，
但是不知道為什麼房東還在臥室做了一個對外氣窗（無法關閉的百葉窗型），對的是外面的室內走廊，導致根本無隔音可言，

想請問有沒有人也有這方面的困擾，要如何做隔音比較好？
