各位大大好，小弟23歲目前是3XK族，存款400K左右

租個人套房6500/月

目前有想要入手小宅系列 10多坪大小電梯大廈 EX:河左岸

300萬以內的小套房大廈式管理

試算年利率2% 300萬的房子貸款約六萬利息一個月約5000

好像比我租屋還便宜

頭期款3成的部份家人應該可以多少補貼

請問有哪裡是我沒想到的嗎?

有類似河左岸的建案嗎?我知道河左岸已經六七年了

我覺得與其付房租不如拿來付利息至少房子自己的...
