標題[請益] 大村7-11的一位老人

大家好 我是南投人，最近到員林來工作 租房子在大村 請問一下 晚上我都會從員林往大村方向回宿舍 在中山路過30米大道後不久的一個7-11 都會看到一個老人在那，看起來約60-70歲 駝著背，牽著台腳踏車，後面放許多餅干 在7-11的門口賣東西 我有拿錢給他二次 不過他小聲並指著他的餅干說 跟他買東西(不要直接給他錢) 請問這老伯伯是怎麼了 可以請社會或政府幫助他嗎?
