一站通不成功可否改申請一次性入境許可證?

一站通登記不完全，到識別答案填寫....畫面就跳掉
又顯示重複登記
無法顯示列印很難搞 因為不知道自己識別答案

如果一站通不成功可否辦理一次性入境呢
要怎麼辦理?
因還有有20幾個小時要去香港很著急怕去不成

想說一站通會很簡單的通過結果出乎意料之外
(我沒有台胞證)
