有人知道或是有實際體驗覺得雙北有哪在教游泳的嗎?
能教到會是最好啦
我的狀況是蛙式似乎會一點
但有點四不像
抓不到如何換氣
姿勢不太對的感覺
自由式可能好一點點
但換氣跟踢腿也是怪怪的
運動中心或是私人游池的也可以
希望能夠至少蛙式練起來能到100~200不著地
目前感覺自己是蹬出去游一段大概10~20公尺就比較沒辦法繼續游了
晚上或是假日佳
