除了行政單位之外，立法機關也會跟業者掛勾吧。 而且立法機關也不像行政機關那樣會有職務上直接的牽連。 但可以靠關說或是在議案上動手腳。 舉例來說.... 以前國宅的買賣對於資格都有限制， 還有持有的時間也有限制。 具體的法規我懶得查了，反正原本有規定就對了。 但是後來這些限制都解除了， 而修法的理由竟是為了配合當時的景氣復甦， 加強經濟的活絡，所以放寬這些限制， 讓國宅易於轉手。 但如此一來，不也就成為了可以炒作的標的了嗎？ 違反了國宅當初建設的初衷了吧？ 原本是想讓社會上少一些無殼蝸牛， 結果造就了更多投資客... 那根本無法解決原本所要解決的居住問題吧 這當中不正是民意代表在當推手嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.122.251 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1404629856.A.752.html ※ 編輯: Qmmmmmmmm (111.251.122.251), 07/06/2014 14:59:22
