陳威仁：評估限制合宜宅轉售對象

內政部長陳威仁今天在國民黨中常會報告「我國現有住宅政策的檢討」，他表示，後續策進作為將包括：增加興建社會住宅速度，合宜住宅限制移轉對象，以及配合金融財稅制度改革等。

陳威仁指出，合宜住宅仍有必要性，但會檢討轉售機制，評估增訂限制轉售對象規定，以降低轉售炒作；租稅手段則思考對非自用住宅貸款採取差別授信條件，中長期將配合進行兩稅合一、不動產實價課稅等稅制改革。
