新竹有一些新古典建築, 最高樓幾戶因為逐層退縮, 所以頂樓還會有一些露台空間. 且因為樓上還會有屋突,所以較不會有日曬雨淋漏水及熱的問題. 像這種的頂樓+露台+樓上還有建物遮擋的樓層, 應該是同棟單價最高的戶別. 其他建築物從3樓到頂樓都是類似的標準戶格局. 頂樓也只是平頂,只有鋪設防水磚的. 通常頂樓下一個樓層單價是最高的. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.251.242.197 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1400645860.A.BF4.html
