紅磡半世紀歷史的時新快餐店，最初以士多起家，隨 60、 70年代香港經濟增長搖身一變成為賣意粉、飯、漢堡包的快餐店，在早年未被偷走的維多利亞港時代，地理位置近碼頭，往北角、中環、灣仔的上班族，都會在時新買個包，再上船番工。漢堡的牛肉，多年來堅持用新鮮牛肉，每日詠春式一橫一直以陰力去搓，加入生洋蔥粒提味，為提升黏度，更會加入蛋漿，人手煉成。同芝士漢堡勁 match嘅沙律汁，亦是自家製，加入 5種水果，一咬，消失的 60年代個隻味，立體放面前，平日賣 1,500個，假日？閒閒哋 over2,000個啦！

80年代紅磡碼頭設於時新對面，現時半島豪庭位置，後因填海搬至紅磡灣中心黃埔大廈對出作為臨時碼頭， 1991年遷至現址紅磡海濱花園附近。紅磡到中環、紅磡到灣仔兩條線蝕足多年，兩者同於 2011年 4月 1日結束營業，現只剩下紅磡往來北角段仍有服務。
