T100TA 電充不進去

大家好

最近買了一台T100TA，用了兩個星期還算順手
但加今天已經有2次電充不進去的問題出現了
我是用ASUS原廠的充電器
早上起床時電力還有6%，插上電源器，去吃個早餐加看電視(約2個小時)
回來一看，電力剩0%

充電顯示燈是亮橙色燈的，右下角也說已接上電源，充電中
但就是0%

請問這種問題該如何解決?
