請問我最近辦房貸貸20年屋齡30年了我買的房子是497萬我頭款拿了72萬貸款425 可是銀行強制我一定要辦壽險要不然貸不了那麼多錢是保保誠人壽保費10萬所以貸款是435萬請問是正常的嗎?
保誠人壽有壽險嗎剛去查怎查不到....
