一、放入冰箱前的必要動作

1.冷凍食材的包裝盡量採密封式，空氣較不易進入影響品質，也不易沾染其他味道食材。

2.超市買來裝在保麗龍盒的食材，為確保品質及新鮮度，需處理過再移到有密封效果的包裝裡。不可直接將保麗龍包裝直接放入。

二、冰箱收納秘訣

將冷凍庫分隔，可以書檔方式作隔板來分隔。魚肉海鮮類放一起，盡量將易吸味的食材區隔遠些。
