冷氣型號看不懂？？？

如題，問了店家好像也是愛理不理的，只好上來問問大家了
已選定要安裝國際牌的一對二，家中有一間4坪的房間跟8坪的客廳需安裝
報價如下：
(專冷)2J63CA2+J20CA2+J45CA2 (63XXX含安裝)
(冷暖)2J63HA2+J20HA2+J45HA2 (64XXX含安裝)
原來現在冷暖跟專冷的錢才差一仟多嗎？
另外，我一定得裝J系列的嗎，好像網路上有人說他是最低階的
