主機開關壞了，店家說必須更換整組機殼

昨天開機時，一按主機開關，就聽到啪的一聲，開關就陷入主機板如圖：

抱去維修電腦的店家（在台北），店家原本堅持說這種狀況一定要換掉整組機殼，價格約一張藍色兩張紅色

後來因為我沒帶這麼多錢，因此店家才說可以改用＂跳線＂（？）的方式，成果是圖中那樣：

我想請問這根線就是把開關按鈕拔掉後就會出現的嗎？這樣收費多少合理呢？謝謝大家！！
