柯後天探扁 「醫生沒權利選擇病人」

台北市長柯文哲上任後，預計18日下午南下探望前總統陳水扁。柯曾是陳水扁民間醫療小組召集人，幕僚說，柯雖當選市長，但「醫生沒有選擇病人的權利」，因此不會主動辭去召集人身分，只要病人陳水扁有需求，他都會盡醫師的專業協助。

柯後天下午探扁，當天上午先赴台南，由準備參選立委的王定宇陪同參拜永康大灣廣護宮，並參訪仁德虎山國小水耕農園及仁德糖廠十鼓文化園區；晚上打算赴屏東，替代表民進黨角逐立委補選的莊瑞雄站台，出席莊的競選總部成立大會。
