標題[買屋] 1000萬買台北市(非新屋)

各位大大晚安 小魯30出頭，年收入約90萬，手頭備有400萬頭期款，想在台北買一間房子 本身住板橋 但是在台北內湖上班 所以想法是想買在內湖區找一間1000萬的房子。 純粹是要自住的 如果可以當然是希望可以有電梯的 不行的話 公寓也ok 希望最好3房一廳 如果不行 就2房一廳 希望屋齡20年內 PS1: 以上條件 也考慮師大附近 or 中山區 PS2: 因為本身住板橋 所以板橋也可以列入考慮 但如果買在板橋 最好是接近特區10年內的電梯大樓 請各位大大推薦! 感謝 另外最近在看信義房屋網 請問因為我目標是1000萬 所以篩選的時候是否可以範圍選擇在1100萬左右?
