頂級年菜添啥料？ 一鍋要價3萬

漢來美食12日推出頂級年菜「乾隆一品鍋」，每鍋訂價3萬元找200元，被稱為「全台第一鍋」。

漢來美食協理吳若寧說，「乾隆一品鍋」敢自豪是「全台第一鍋」，通常是大老闆送禮宴客的指定鍋品，全部以最頂級食材製做，包括頂極花膠、水沙勾排翅、婆參、干貝等高檔料理。

漢來美食主廚陳潤祺表示，花膠、婆參及排翅這類高檔食材每年產量不多，且取得愈來愈困難。以花膠為例，今年市面要價已達1公斤5萬元，單是食材漲幅就高達一成左右。因此，今年限量只有80鍋可以販售，預料將引起一波搶購風潮。

此外，今年春節年菜推年12人全席每桌21888元，售價創歷史紀錄，最高價竟最先被訂購一空，頗令人意外。
