三房公寓套房分租 租金：$4800 押金二個月 套房大小：沒算過，應該有4~5坪吧? 隔間材質：水泥 聯絡方式：游先生 091零959四三二 起租時間：1/19 出租地點：新竹市光復路155巷10弄 光復中學旁，走路到清大五分鐘左右 巷口就有7-11和公車站 馬偕醫院步行4分鐘，有很多免費公車可搭 到市區和園區都很近，交通方便 屋況： 無電梯無管理員公寓，位於4樓(樓高5+1樓) 共用區域有客廳，廚房，洗衣機，陽台 室友二位男性均為園區從業人員，生活單純 套房內有床架但無床墊，可能需要購置簡單家具 有對外窗，廁所也有對外窗，通風良好 純住宅區不靠馬路，晚上相當安靜 共用費用分攤： 水電瓦斯網路三人均攤 說明： 1.可短租，單位為月，但原則上以長租者優先 2.附近有大片空地，停車很方便 3.平日要上班，只能晚上或假日看房 4.抱歉我們都不抽煙，所以禁煙 5.我已經住三年以上，環境還不錯，室友離開原因都是自己買房成家 6.有廚房，適合想在家自行料理食物的人，避免吃入過多黑心油 照片: http://imgur.com/jypWVgc,8uNhwBP,Y41nutR,LnDuSyX,OGORDzs,Sc0Vw6f,bdY9sue#1
