標題[問題] 關於失業給付的一些問題

先說明狀況 我被前一間公司資遣拿了非自願離職也已經領到了第一個月 不過現在已經找到工作，也通知過就業服務站的人了 但從週一開始工作五天後發現這工作不適合要離職 所以打算下週二提離職(因為下週一已經請假，要去另外一間面試) 問題 1. 依據規定，"勞工在領取失業給付期間找到工作，於工作14天內自行離職， 得以原請領失業給付資格繼續請領未領滿之失業給付，惟須有14日之推介就業等待期。" 那我下禮拜二要求離職的話，如果公司拖延或者沒立刻退保的話， 會不會影響到我的失業給付? 2. 那假如我能回去繼續領失業幾付，不過我在14天等待期裡找到了新工作， 又在14天內覺得新工作不適合離職，能再回去領失業給付嗎? 3. 承問題2我在14天等待期裡找到了新工作，覺得適合，那我能在工作滿三個月之後 申請提早就業津貼嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.228.180.124 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1420806439.A.FA2.html
