聯 絡 人：吳先生 聯絡方式：0936670710 (聯絡時間早上10:00-晚上10:00 若沒回覆請訊息後我會再回電) 房屋地點：台北市內湖區內湖路一段411巷(第一劇場對面) 鄰近交通：2分鐘內抵達ubike及公車站,10內抵達西湖及港墘捷運站 所在樓層：4/5 租金(月)：9000(中雅房)、10000(大雅房) 押 金 ：2個月 公共設施：客廳、廚房、廁所、洗衣機、烤箱、微波爐、煮水壺、冰箱、飯鍋、前後陽台 房間附有；中雅房(基本床及衣櫥)、大雅房(基本床及衣櫥) 其他請自理 格局坪數：中雅房為6坪、大雅房8坪(有自己的小陽台) 隔間材質：水泥隔牆 能否接受寵物：可,只要不要亂叫 參考圖片：http://happyrent.rakuya.com.tw/rent_item/show/08f8177382084c 備 註：(水.電.瓦斯.網路,大家分攤) 可炊煮,可抽菸, 附近有7-11-ubike-加油站-郵局 巷子滿滿小吃店及各式飲料店非常的方便 有摩托車的~停車位也非常便利喔!!
