矽品第4季合併營收214.3億元優於預期

半導體封測大廠矽品（2325）今日結算去年12月合併營收為68.45億元，雖為八個月來新低，但第4季合併營收達到214.3億元，僅比上季小幅衰退1%，優於法說預估的季減3%~9%。

矽品累計去年全年合併營收830.7億元，創歷史新高紀錄，年增19.8%。

法人預估，由於矽品去年第4季匯率以30.3對1美元為預估基礎，隨著上季新台幣貶值幅度逾4.4%，法人預估矽品去年第4季獲利表現將優於去年第3季，單季每股純益也將超過1.04元。

矽品今日公布去年12月合併營收為68.45億元，月減5%，為近八個月新低，但年增12.4%。
