扁保外就醫魏明谷：有助社會和諧

2015-01-05 中央社彰化縣5日電

前總統陳水扁獲准保外就醫，彰化縣長魏明谷今天說，保外就醫是專業醫療團隊鑑定結果，陳水扁保外就醫有助社會和諧。

魏明谷說，基於醫療人道考量，陳水扁的病情真的無法在監獄獲得妥善的治療及照護，保外就醫是專業鑑定的結果，相信有助社會和諧，應該讓陳水扁好好休養、治療。

魏明谷表示，至於司法的平反，「陳水扁未來仍有長遠的路要走」，他會繼續關心案情的發展，同時要求「公正的司法審判、公平的司法待遇」，不要讓政治介入司法，以維護陳水扁的司法權益。
