阿蘇在專欄評福建菜館莆田為甲，果然，不出半年，莆田於九龍開分店。新店更獨家推出下午茶，用小木盒一格格奉上，很骨子！$68包六道招牌菜：紫菜蟹肉豆腐羮、興化米粉、水晶豬蹄凍、金湯莧菜、家常燜筍乾、香茅凍。意猶未盡，$30即可追加 A或 B配套， A照顧閣下飽肚所需，有包菜飯，但 B更合心意，因屬特色之選，個人至愛以九摺式穿套滷製的九轉小腸就在其中。各三小碟。要不，全都柯打，十二格木盒疊兩層奉上，精緻如 High Tea。好吃是王道，我身為福建人，都 GO！
