請問酸湯溫泉接送服務

各位旅友好：
想請問有朋友住過酸湯溫泉嗎？聽說有到青森ＪＲ站接送的服務，想請問要如何通知旅館，我是透過網站的訂房網站訂房（Ｅ路東瀛），客服好像是在日本，怕國際電話費太高，請教有經驗的旅友可提供方法嗎？
