最近因食安問題頻傳醫學報導說多運動可以排毒
所以興起想藉由慢跑運動來強健體魄順便可以減減肥
以上都是藉口.......其實是想買雙可以跟衣服搭配的運動鞋
逛了專賣店多功能鞋跟跑鞋外觀實在不是我的菜
籃球鞋最近的設計都很炫
只好失心瘋買了幾雙來搭配

目前穿的感覺 Lin 17最好穿跑步也不會太重 lbj 腳感有點怪
下次可能試試reebok pump 的鞋
