12/5(五)神戶夜景六甲山/摩耶山行程詢問

小妹我預計12/5要安排神戶一日遊
中午約一點plasir牛排,接著要前往六甲山或摩耶山看夜景
現在問題卡在摩耶山平日覽車最晚班次是五點半,
我查過神戶那天日落時間是4:50,這樣如果我4:50前到達的話看半小時夜景時間是否足夠?
從三宮地鐵到摩耶山觀景台搭車時間大約共要多久?
以下18路公車時刻表時間是否正確

還是前輩建議我前往六甲山看夜景就好,時間上比較不趕
