李登輝：做好再次政黨輪替的準備

前總統李登輝今晚到三重區參加「李登輝民主協會」新北市各分區辦公室聯合成立大會，他致詞表示，台灣的政治制度過度中央集權，使得地方治理的制度不夠健全，這就是台灣第一次民主改革的限制，因此必須進行第二次民主改革，針對第一次民主改革後的各種缺陷，做徹底改革。希望大家要更加團結，共同落實第二次民主改革，做好再次政黨輪替的準備，重建台灣人對民主政治的信心。
