【交通】：207bus和48路和24路有轨电车直达城里，门口285bus一头连着Camberwell火车站，另头接着Doncaster Shopping Center，284bus连着Doncaster shopping center and Box hill center.

【地址】：walnut Road North Balwyn, 照片上传有问题，电话or email联系，再传入你网站

【居住】：＄125(每人每周)，情侣房温馨，包水电煤和无限量快速网络。短住每天$25 【找工】：离开华人区box hill、Richmond和城里都方便，那里有许多打工机会。
【押金】 每位二个星期
【退押金條件】
提早兩星期通知離開，無損壞屋內任何東西，清理好房子，退房當天可退還全部押金
【时间】：从10月12日开始我们有一双人房和一个情侣房
