標題[問題] 抉擇要選哪家公司?

小弟最近剛退伍在求職 畢業於某大學企研所 找的都是人資方面的工作 前天面試一家A公司(約80幾位員工) 面試中提到有60%的時間要支援企劃部門 其餘時間才幫公司做人事制度規劃 當天下午就得到口頭錄取通知 但因公司有點遠加上工作內容不完全是自己所想 當下就跟公司說讓我考慮兩天 但戲劇化的事發生了 今天下午打電話問了一家兩星期前面試的B公司後續 也是家中小企業(約150人左右) 是純人資+行政法務支援 至少確定工作是做人資 公司距離我家也近很多(比上面省了半小時) 主管電話中說要跟我約第二階段面談 但還沒確定是下星期幾 這讓我有點猶豫了，心裡比較傾向B公司的工作 但目前又只有A公司確定說錄取 但A公司很希望我下星期就去報到(明天就要確定是否去上班) 似乎很難再有理由延後時間 請教各位大大有什麼建議呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.169.114.116 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1413979426.A.968.html
