鄭麗君：食安風暴 蔣丙煌也該負責

行政院長江宜樺表示，蔣丙煌擔任政務委員以來， 對教育部、農委會等相關部會法案非常了解，9月強冠爆發餿水油後，蔣也出面協調多次跨部會食安會議，對建立食安長遠制度已有初步構想 對食安已累積相當多經驗，出力甚多。

民進黨立委鄭麗君表示，蔣丙煌是現任的GMP委員，也次經濟部標準檢驗局委員，今年五月行政院成立的食品安全推動工作小組，更是由他負責，蔣也是現在食安風暴該負責的成員之一。

鄭麗君說，若蔣丙煌接任，如何讓人民有期待？政府要解決食安問題的冀望，恐怕是「空中樓閣」。

而鄭麗君在質詢時先問蔣丙煌是否接任衛福部長，江揆在第一時間否認，僅表示「徵詢過程不會對外討論。」當鄭麗君收到消息知道行政院已發布人事消息，不禁大罵：「對立委有什麼事不能回答？」江揆才解釋，行政院下午三時會發布新聞。
