各位大大 我最近讀到訴願法第97條： 於有左列各款情形之一者，訴願人、參加人或其他利害關係人得對於確定訴願決定，向原 訴願決定機關申請再審。但訴願人、參加人或其他利害關係人已依行政訴訟主張其事由或 知其事由而不為主張者，不在此限： 我想請問一下其中的文字敘述：「主張其事由或知其事由而不為主張者，不在此限」這句話是甚麼意思？ [問題] 應考資格、各種國考疑難雜症等，以有正確作法、答案者為主 (不包括書裡的疑問)。若問題如人生規劃、讀書計畫等，無一 定作法、答案者，請用閒聊選項。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.52.71.221 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1408363691.A.F46.html
