U2442N 睡眠喚醒後 cpu倍頻被鎖住

小弟的U2442N 用了一年半快兩年了

以前沒有注意是不是會這樣

最近這半年，就覺得電腦有點卡

前幾天裝了cpu-z後才無意間發現

電腦休眠，喚醒後，cpu的倍頻會被鎖死在21

不會降，也不會升

(正常狀況下他是會跳動的)

不會恢復，除非重新開機後就能恢復正常，但如果再進入睡眠就又會發生.....

請問有人遇到過我這種問題嗎?

(爬過一些文章，之前也有asus的NB 發生過這種狀況，是Bios的問題)

PS:我的BIOS 是 F00C
