監委人事藍跑票 綠:藍委變得「有價值」

立法院二次臨時會今天進行監察院人事案投票，國民黨立委大跑票，監委投票共掉11席，監察院長被提名人張博雅也驚險過關，差一票就無法當選。民進黨團總召柯建銘表示，這是國會史上「正義的一天」，宣告國會自主時代來臨，也替未來中選會等人事案立下「不亮票、不監票」的典範。

柯建銘也諷刺說，張博雅「差一票就落選」，令人遺憾，但反讓國民黨立委彰顯「價值」，未來每個立委都可對馬英九說：「你提名的人，差我一票就落選」。
