標題[問題] 離職是否一定要等到新人才能走?

最近我老闆突然說要在公司規章加一條『離職的員工除照規定請辭外， 就職務上應與新職務人交接始得離職， 如有造成公司權益或商譽損害，依法究責』 想請問這樣是合理的嗎?如果我已經照勞基法先預告離職了， 但公司未積極找人，這樣我怎麼有新職務人可以交接? 如果按照這條規定來說，那麼我就算提前說離職，也沒用囉? 而我之前所簽的合約並沒有這一條，那他後加這一條是否會對我造成影響?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.118.57.23 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1405947521.A.AE0.html
