小弟 前陣子 做了一份 傳統產業的工作 時間是三個月 目前有些爭議 薪資是 28000 隔周休 上班時間早上10點到晚上6點 (但業績未達成要求都上實際休四 公司無打卡 現金發薪資 工作內容 陌生開發 車行 無 既有名單 由於業績 不是很好 下班後還幫老闆做網拍 FB粉絲團 常常弄到晚上11點還沒回家.... 離職後老闆 要求 工作沒滿一年 要退 前三個月的獎金 8000*3 說是機油業務這行都有這樣的規矩 僅口頭告知沒簽合約 五月薪資還沒領到 但扣除我自己叫的材料8000還要 貼他4000 28000-8000-(8000*3)=-4000 哀....想問各位大大 有甚麼建議嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.241.46.111 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1405940170.A.7E6.html
