1.來源連結: http://www.cna.com.tw/news/aloc/201407210279-1.aspx 2.內容: （中央社記者王鴻國新北市21日電）新北市長朱立倫今天主持二重疏洪道兩側市地重劃工 程完工典禮時說，2年來拆遷違建3800多間，努力溝通協調，真是不簡單。 新北市政府今天舉辦三重區二重疏洪道兩側市地重劃工程完工典禮，地方人士及民代參與 ，前立委顏清標也現身會場，但並未致詞。 朱立倫致詞表示，從他唸小學時，也就是民國57年起就傳出要重劃，但直到新北市升格並 完成都市計劃後，才於民國101年5月正式動工。 他表示，2年來拆遷違建高達3800多間，地政局同仁努力溝通協調，真是不簡單。 他說，重劃區總面積71.14公頃，公共設施占用地33.4公頃，開闢及拓寬54條計畫道路、 4座公園、5座兒童遊樂場、3處綠地、2處停車場及3所學校用地，這對三重區是歷史性的 發展。 他指出，除了二重疏洪道兩側市地重劃完成，台北港特定區區段徵收也於今年初完成，新 莊北側知識產業園區、土城暫緩發展區市地重劃也將陸續完成。 他強調，包括新店中央新村北側區段將於7月公告徵收，明年還有蘆洲北側農業區、新泰 塭仔圳、板橋浮洲區等地也將整體開發，新北市風貌將煥然一新。1030721 3.心得或感想: 不要問我跟這個版有沒有關 我覺得很有關連 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.243.90.249 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1405937897.A.501.html
