我雖然有幸代課好幾年，但覺得現在小朋友實在不好教，當然有教育熱忱者會樂在其中，我想我不適合走教職的路。請問考公職中應該也有許多有教師證者，如果我覺得自己沒那麼多的耐心去教學，適合轉公職嗎? 公職也要有耐心去面對民眾，教師面對的是單純或耍任性的小孩，公務員面對是友善或難搞的民眾，請問： 1.我對教小朋友感到很無奈了，這樣還適合去考公職嗎?(因為對象變成了民眾) 2.公務員的工作會比教師工作單純一點嗎?像我也不太喜歡跟家長交際，這樣適合去去公職工作嗎?(公務員也是要跟民眾交際、哈拉) 3.如果公務員面對的是更難搞的民眾而教師只是面對天真的學生，錄取率又比教甄低，那為何這麼多流浪教師會想要考公職呢?更令人不解的是，明明教甄錄取率比公職高一點，可是很多人考不上老師卻能考上公職，這是什麼原因? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.127.43.52 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1405608756.A.943.html ※ 編輯: searchact (59.127.43.52), 07/17/2014 22:53:02
