7銀行 房貸備抵增提18.3億

金管會今天表示，今年列管房貸集中度較高的銀行有7家，已要求這7家銀行必須在7月底前，增提備抵呆帳(準備金)或降低房貸比重，估計共要增提約18.3億元。

金融監督管理委員會今天表示，自民國100年起對於銀行的房貸，已經進行差異化管理，例如承作購置住宅加計修繕貸款，或者建築貸款業務偏高的銀行，都會被金管會列管。

金管會表示，被列管的銀行會被要求降低房貸比重或者是增提準備金。

金管會表示，100年列管17家銀行，已經增提準備金約74.5億元。

今年大幅降低，僅7家被列管，金管會說，要求這7家銀行在7月底之前，要增提準備金或降低房貸，估計要增提18.3億元。
