我看了一個網站,網站的中間有說如果點了[ENTER]鑑代表已經加入他們的會員,然後我的電腦每次一開機就會跳出一個視窗叫我要繳20000塊新台幣,我真的該給她錢嗎?

1.這樣的做法是詐騙嗎?
2.還是真的有法律可循,必須讓我強制繳錢?
