版上也有人在考慮洲子洋地區置產的嗎？ 因為公司在五股，打算在洲子洋買房 看了許多建案，只發現勤璞天悅和璞麗這兩個建案 有一層兩戶的配置，非常喜歡， 但天悅近64所以不考慮。 璞麗大致上格局很不錯， 不過價錢是除了一芳洲和天作之合以外，開得最高的Orz 上網查了一下，找不太到建商"知森堂"的評價， 天悅聽說預售成交價29.8/坪，轉單價現在是31.多/坪 目前璞麗預售是38萬/坪，而且以代銷業務的說法是已降價 雖然同一個區域的房子，也因為個別的建築成本而有差異 但我也不知道真的有差到快八萬這樣的價值嗎？ 有人買了璞麗或著打算要出手買的嗎？ 實在很煩惱呀~~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.24.6.249 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1404133241.A.2C8.html
